Drillco solid carbide end mill run at extremely impressive feed and speed rate. In some cases, it can be run at 3x the rate of HSS end mill. Using solid carbide end mill results in better surface finish on the workpiece and extended tool life over conventional HSS and Cobalt end mills. Solid carbide tool offer long tool life and faster cutting speed than other substrates, but is more brittle and must be used with rigid toolholding system. Uncoated tool feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coating and is suitable for a wide range of application.
